You are someone who doesn’t merely go through the motions. You’re about authenticity, engaging with the task at hand, and driving results. You have the readiness to ensure oil refineries restart on schedule or prevent rolling blackouts in Los Angeles. Because it’s not just about selling—it’s about bringing value and impact, embodying the core of our PERFORM values.
With us at INTEREP, you’ll do more than just go through the motions. You’ll use your initiative to troubleshoot issues on the spot, sometimes donned in coveralls and a respirator in intense conditions. You’ll meet challenges head-on, not because it’s easy—you don’t do easy. You’ll do it because you appreciate the significance of your work, the impact it has, and the satisfaction derived from conquering another day.
Our benefits are plenty – flexible schedules, unlimited vacation, the liberty to work from home, the privilege of wining and dining folks and enjoying a fine cigar occasionally. But we know these aren’t your prime motivations. You’re drawn to making a difference, contributing to a team that shares your respect for meaningful work.
At INTEREP, we sell peace of mind to high-demand, time-constrained, and meticulous heavy industrial customers. We are sales professionals, ready to put on our steel-toed boots, get in the truck, and face our customers. We aren’t there just to shake hands or drop off flyers. We strive to understand and address their concerns, be it through inspections, technical presentations, or intense troubleshooting sessions around the conference table.
**Your Work Week**
You already have a great home office setup, and while you’re there, you’ll join our all-remote team for quick 15-minute morning huddles. Other times you might check in from your truck. Your voice matters, and it’s crucial for aligning the day’s priorities and ensuring your engineering and sales support teams have your back.
You’ll be in the field, meeting key decision makers at major industrial facilities, walking through their equipment, pinpointing problems, and turning them into opportunities. The better you are with a tape measure & sketchpad, the more lucrative your rewards. When opportunities arise, you’ll provide our engineering team with the necessary data, and they’ll engineer and price out a solution for you to offer to the customer. You won’t be bogged down with quotations; we believe your time is better spent selling.
