Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Business Development professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the industrial. The primary focus of the role will be to generate new sales leads, build relationships with prospective clients, and ultimately close deals.

You’ll fill your schedule each week with meeting key decision makers at major industrial facilities (cement plants, oil refineries, power plants, chemical plants, large food & beverage installations, etc – anything with high heat, corrosion, or pressure). You’ll get in front of them, walk the plants, find and indicate potential problems to the customer, and turn those problems into opportunities to quote. When you find opportunities, you’ll bring all the data to our engineering team, and they’ll engineer and price out a solution for you to offer to the customer. You don’t have to do your own quotes; your time is better used selling.

You’ll be joining a close-knit and talented team, with plenty of opportunities for professional growth. We offer competitive compensation + commission + benefits that are on par with large companies, while also placing a high value on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
